				　　萬圣節(jié)是一個充滿神秘色彩的節(jié)日，是孩子們盡情玩樂的好時光。為培養(yǎng)我校學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識和動手動腦能力，豐富學(xué)生的校園文化生活，增強學(xué)生的審美觀念和集體榮譽感，凸顯外國語學(xué)校特色，落實素質(zhì)教育，經(jīng)學(xué)校研究決定，我校西校區(qū)于10月30日上午舉辦第七屆“萬圣節(jié)”活動?，F(xiàn)制定方案如下：
          
　　活動時間：2011年10月30日（周日）上午8：30—11：00
          
　　活動內(nèi)容和參與對象：
          
　　1、 南瓜雕刻作品展
          
　　參與年級：初一年級
          
　　2、 英語才藝展示
          
　　英語一條街活動
          
　　參與年級：初一年級
          
　　3、 有獎游藝活動（套圈、貼鼻子、籃球投準(zhǔn)等）
          
　　參與對象：來校參加活動學(xué)生
          
　　4、 書畫作品展
          
　　5、“三小”作品展
          
　　6、 才藝展示活動
          
　　參與對象：小學(xué)各年級、初一年級、來校參加活動學(xué)生
          
　　特邀嘉賓：全市各小學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、小學(xué)高年級班主任、學(xué)生家長、校周邊社區(qū)居民
          
　　特邀小朋友：全市各小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生
          
　　檢查評比：設(shè)置班級集體獎項和個人獎項。

　　活動相關(guān)說明
          
　　一、活動要求：
          
　　本次活動內(nèi)容豐富，特色明顯，是展示我校學(xué)生風(fēng)采和校風(fēng)校貌的一次極佳機會，各部門、初一年級各班級要高度重視，密切配合，將各項具體工作落實到位，考慮在前，準(zhǔn)備在前，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)要求，確保本次活動的圓滿成功。

          　　三、南瓜雕刻作品和謎語準(zhǔn)備
          
　　初一年級每個展臺不得少于15件作品。南瓜由各班自行準(zhǔn)備，安排合適的時間雕刻，不要提前雕刻以免爛壞。在布置南瓜雕刻作品任務(wù)時，要反復(fù)強調(diào)安全問題，防止被刀子弄傷。除了南瓜，也可以用其它瓜類或類似瓜類的材料。展臺布置要有特色，能吸引學(xué)生參觀。學(xué)校設(shè)置“南瓜雕刻優(yōu)秀作品獎”和“最佳展臺獎”等獎項，并納入班級量化考核。每班同時需準(zhǔn)備不少于80條謎語或腦筋急轉(zhuǎn)彎題目供外校學(xué)生競猜，各班可以領(lǐng)取50張獎券作為對猜題者的獎勵。
          
　　四、 “英語一條街”活動
          
　　“英語一條街”活動主要設(shè)立“跳蚤市場”，讓學(xué)生來買來賣二手閑置物品，也可以物物交換，活動中要求用英語交流，“跳蚤市場”要通過設(shè)計英語標(biāo)價牌、英語對話等多種方式營造英語氛圍，凸顯我校特色和節(jié)日特色。商品由學(xué)生自備。“英語一條街”由初一年級英語備課組配合。
          
　　五、才藝自由展示
          
    才藝形式不限，所需樂器、道具等需自備，各班學(xué)生需提前將才藝節(jié)目名稱于10月26日前報至許琳琳老師處；也可現(xiàn)場參加才藝展示。所有才藝展示節(jié)目需內(nèi)容健康，符合學(xué)生身份。
          
　　六、本次活動歡迎我校學(xué)生的家長、同學(xué)和朋友參加。
          
　　七、學(xué)校為小學(xué)每位同學(xué)配備一顆“萬圣糖果”和一份小獎品。本校學(xué)生可以參加萬圣節(jié)的各項游藝活動，但鼓勵本校學(xué)生將機會多留給外校學(xué)生。
          
　　八、初一年級各學(xué)科教師均參加活動，具體任務(wù)由德育部具體安排，不得推諉。
          

          　　九：為保證活動正常進行，門衛(wèi)需加強檢查，禁止閑雜人員和形象不整人員進入校園。
          
　　十：活動當(dāng)天，本校學(xué)生統(tǒng)一穿校服。
          
　　十一：活動前和當(dāng)天，各班需加強安全、紀(jì)律和衛(wèi)生和儀容儀表教育。
